The NSW State Rally 2017 was held at the Hawkesbury Showground with a total of 148 vans attending, including 5 vans from our club.  There were members from 23 NSW Caravan Clubs and each club had their own designated area with their own logo at their area.  The rally was very well organised and facilities were excellent with a huge hall large enough for 500 people.

The theme was "EARLY SETTLERS" with competitions for the best dressed couple and the best decorated Billycan. Our club took out 1st prize for the "Billycan" with a magnificently decorated Billycan - see photo below!

The prize -  a "Back and Neck Massage at the local Sebel Resort", along with a gift pack of a bottle of red wine with 4 wine glasses and wine rack.  This gift pack was later raffled at our next club meeting, with the proceeds going to Camp Breakaway.

 

Our disc bowls team were the runners-up in the grand finale, (with a very close score!) and John and Alan were both presented with a gold cup - see photo below!
